I love this !!!! And everyone is very right. Our bodies are super cool in the fact that it quickly adjust. Its like modeling clay, you want it to be stretched out … well you gotta keep molding and stretching. So with workouts, its very similar , you gotta keep moving through the soreness. It will send your body that message that it needs to get to the next level. Now you can always do stretches, epsom salt baths, foam rolling, yoga etc.
