Great workout! Had to finish off my Bday with a quick upper body 💪🏻💪🏻

Loved the core burnout!

Used my 10lbs for the arms

Bent over flies, I used my 5lb plates

Core 20lbs

They say you can work out with household items but I definitely recommend getting. Some dumbbells if you can, even if it's just a light weight to start. Resistance bands, she occasionally uses a block but that you don't necessarily need you can still do the workout without.

There should be a way to filter to beginner or typing in beginner in the search bar.
