Where do we view the LYC streams at? I purchased it but when I click on Week 1/Day 1 it says I don’t have the subscription. Also, I didn’t get an email with instructions.

Sweets are my arch nemesis!! Going cold turkey has a worse affect on me so eating junk food in moderation is what I’ve been sticking with…sometimes those moderation sweets/fast food meals occur more than I’d like but heyyy we have to start somewhere I guess!

I’ve attempted to track my nutrition in the past but I always seem to fall off from it after some time. My big thing is fast food. Overall I eat pretty healthy every day but my addiction is fast food which kills my healthy nutrition eating😭

Happy Tuesday QWs! ☀️

Question: I work out 5-6 days a week and while I’m starting to see the results little by little (rounder booty, higher strength, toned muscles, etc.), my stomach is still the same. I do core workouts 1-2x a a week but I don’t seem to be losing any weight/inches around my stomach. Should I be doing an workouts with core as well, increase the number of core workouts I do per week, or is this something that just takes more time?

Here is my current workout regime:

Monday: Glutes

Tuesday: Upper Body

Wednesday: Core

Thursday: Lower Body

Friday: Full Body

Saturday: 1-2 miles on treadmill
