Question: I work out 5-6 days a week and while I’m starting to see the results little by little (rounder booty, higher strength, toned muscles, etc.), my stomach is still the same. I do core workouts 1-2x a a week but I don’t seem to be losing any weight/inches around my stomach. Should I be doing an workouts with core as well, increase the number of core workouts I do per week, or is this something that just takes more time?
Here is my current workout regime:
Monday: Glutes
Tuesday: Upper Body
Wednesday: Core
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Full Body
Saturday: 1-2 miles on treadmill
