• Make sure your device's operating system is up to date

• Check that you're using the latest version of the QW app

• Try restarting your device completely before opening the app again

• If possible, test the app using a different internet connection (Wi-Fi vs. cellular data)

If the app is still crashing after these steps, please send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com with the following details:

• The type of device you're using (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc.)

• Your device model and software version

• A screenshot or screen recording of what happens, if possible

Summer Shred can absolutely work alongside your gym membership. Since the challenge is built around 3 workouts per week, many Queens use those as their foundation and then add in gym sessions based on how they're feeling and what their healthcare provider has cleared them to do. Because you're still in your post-op recovery period, our biggest recommendation is to listen to your body and follow your doctor's guidance regarding exercise intensity and restrictions. The goal isn't to do everything, it's to stay consistent in a way that supports your healing and long-term success.

You can:

🏋️ Add gym days as desired and as approved by your medical team

While we aren't able to provide an exact timeline for when support may become available on Samsung TV and Fire TV, please know that improvements and upgrades are always being explored and worked on. 💪 In the meantime, for the most accurate streak tracking, we recommend using the mobile app, web browser, or currently supported TV platforms. Hi Queen 💛 Yes, this can happen depending on how you're watching your workouts. 😊

A few things to keep in mind about streaks & badges:

• A streak counts when you complete a workout on a given day (finishing a 30–60 minute workout is highly suggested)

• Badges are earned based on consecutive active watch days, not break days

• You can set 1–2 break days in your Calendar without losing your streak

For TV apps:

• Streaks are currently supported on Roku (v3.14+) and Apple TV (v2.8.0+)

• They are not yet supported on Fire TV, Android TV, or Samsung TV

• On Roku and Apple TV, the workout must be added to your Calendar first for it to count toward your streak

Also, Chromecast/casting and offline viewing won't count toward streaks. For the most accurate tracking, we recommend using the mobile app or web browser. Hope this helps, Queen!

The new structure focuses on 3 workouts per week with Coach Fabi, helping Queens build consistency without feeling overwhelmed. ☀️💪 The exciting part is that nothing you previously had access to is gone. Programs like POWER and all of the workouts and categories you know and love are still available in your QW App. You can easily find them by using the search bar and typing in the program name or workout style you're looking for. As QW continues to grow, we're always looking for ways to create an even better experience based on what our Queens need most. The goal remains the same: helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident in a way that fits real life. Hi Queen! 💖 Typically, Summer Shred replays are posted within 30 minutes after the live workout ends, so they're available for Queens who couldn't make it live. ☀️Occasionally, if any technical delays arise, the replay may take a bit longer to process, but it's usually uploaded within 24 hours. They're still available inside your QW App! 👑✨ As part of the new and improved QW experience, we've simplified some of the notification settings, so daily affirmation notifications are no longer being sent out. However, all of the affirmations are still there for you to access anytime through the app. We love that this part of QW has been so meaningful for you, and we're excited for you to continue enjoying them whenever you need a little encouragement throughout your day. 💕

Each HIIT workout includes low-impact options, and strength training is a key part of the program because maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important as we age. It's also important to remember that factors like sleep, stress, recovery, nutrition, hydration, and overall consistency can all impact how our bodies respond and the results we see. When it comes to goals like reducing belly fat or improving body composition, workouts are just one piece of the puzzle. Looking at your overall lifestyle and daily habits often provides the biggest opportunities for progress. Keep showing up, stay consistent, and focus on the bigger picture. Small actions repeated over time can lead to incredible results. 👑
