Hello Queen! Thank you for reaching out. With the introduction of the Queen Warrior 3 Method, all sessions are now 1 hour to provide a more structured and effective training approach. Previously, there were two separate 30-minute classes, but now they’ve been combined into one seamless session. The first 30 minutes focus on upper body, while the second 30 minutes target lower body, allowing flexibility to join for half or complete the full session. We hope this clarifies the update.
