The best part is that Coach Fabi provides low-impact modifications, making the workouts beginner-friendly and suitable for different fitness levels. So while not every workout is purely HIIT, you can expect a balanced mix designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and support your overall fitness goals. And worry not, Queen, if you're craving more traditional HIIT workouts, your HIIT replays are still available in the QW App! Simply use the search bar to look up "HIIT" and you'll be able to access those workouts anytime. 💕
