A few tips for staying committed:

Do/pick short workouts at first — even 20 minutes is powerful.

Schedule it like an appointment, just like you would for your kids or job.

Use replays to work out at the time that fits your energy best.

Give yourself grace — some days will be better than others. Just showing up is enough.

Lean on the QW community — it’s full of women who understand your journey and are here to uplift you.

Hey Queen! Great question! For Power workouts on your Apple Watch, we recommend using the "High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)" or "Functional Strength Training" mode. These modes are best suited to capture the variety of movements, strength, and cardio bursts involved in Power workouts, giving you a more accurate calorie burn and heart rate reading.
