Hi Queen!

Great question and welcome!

You can actually check whether there’s a live workout scheduled in a few spots within your QW app:

Daily Schedule Section (which you’ve commented on — perfect place to start!):Here’s the direct link for quick access: Daily Schedule. This section is updated regularly with the week’s live workout lineup.

Calendar Section in your app:This is another great tool that displays all upcoming classes in one view. Here’s the direct link: QW Calendar

Weekly Email Reminder:Every Sunday at 9 AM, you’ll receive an email with the full schedule for the week so you’re always one step ahead.

If anything is unclear or you don’t see what you need, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hello Queen! Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand how that might be confusing at first. No worries at all! To keep the experience fresh, engaging, and aligned with our evolving training structure, videos within the app are intentionally shuffled every 30 days. This allows us to continue serving a wide range of fitness goals while encouraging variety and consistency for all our Queens. That said, the most recent workout replays are still absolutely available! You can find them in the “Latest Replay” section within your QW app.

If you're still having any trouble navigating or need extra help, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com. We’re happy to assist you directly.

Hello Queen! Thank you so much for your feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share it with us! Noted on the timer suggestion, and we completely understand how seeing the next move before it starts can help you feel more prepared. We’ll definitely pass this along to the team for review. Always grateful to have you as part of the QW community! Keep showing up, you’re doing amazing.

Hello Queen! Elaine Liranzo Thank you for speaking from the heart. We truly appreciate your honesty and your dedication to this community. It’s clear how much QW has meant to you, and that passion matters deeply to us. Just to reassure you, the longer-form workouts you mentioned, like full-hour sessions and core-focused classes, are still available in the app. We’ve simply restructured the format to make the program more accessible and impactful for all Queens, based on the feedback we continually receive. Every update we make is shaped with care and always influenced by the voices of this community. We know change can feel hard, especially when you’ve been here from the beginning, but please know we’re always listening and evolving with intention. If you ever want to share more in detail, feel free to reach out to us directly at info@queenwarriors.com. We're here for it all the wins, the feedback, and the growth.

Hi Queen! That’s a great question and absolutely not silly at all! The Power workouts in the Queen Warriors program often include elements of resistance training, especially when weights, bands, or bodyweight exercises are involved. While not every Power workout is strictly resistance-focused, many of them are designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and challenge your muscles, just like traditional resistance training. If you're specifically aiming to focus on strength or muscle-building, the Power workouts are a great place to start. And remember, you can always explore based on your goals, whether that’s toning, building strength, or improving stamina. If you have more questions or need help tailoring your routine, don’t hesitate to email us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Hi Queen! Thanks for reaching out! There shouldn't typically be any issues when playing videos within the QW app, but if you're experiencing problems, we definitely want to help resolve it. Could you let us know which videos you're having trouble with? For example, is it the live workouts, the replays, or any specific programs? Also, are you receiving any error messages or does the video just not load at all? To better assist you, feel free to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com with as much detail as possible or even a screenshot if you can. We’ll make sure to look into it and get things running smoothly for you.

Hello Queen! We’re so glad to hear you're loving the app. That’s what we love to hear! Regarding your question, are you looking to play your own music playlists while doing the workouts? If so, that’s definitely possible with our Music Integration feature in your app. Here’s how to do it:

Open your QW app

Start playing a workout video.

Swipe up (or use your home bar) to open your preferred music app like Spotify or Apple Music.

Choose and play your favorite playlist.

Swipe back to the QW app — your music will keep playing while you enjoy your workout!

Let us know if this is the feature you were referring to. If you had something else in mind, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hi Queens,

Just a heads-up! There’s no live class today as we take a short pause for the U.S. 4th of July holiday. 🎆

Take this time to rest, recharge, and check in with yourself! Whatever you need today, honor that. And if movement is calling you, replays are always available in the Queen Warriors App for a quick sweat session on your time. 💜

We’ll be back to our regular live class schedule next week.

Hello Queen! Thank you for being so open. What you’re feeling is completely normal, and you’re not alone. Starting something new is tough, and the fact that you showed up means you’re already winning. Be gentle with yourself, progress takes time.

To help you ease in, we highly recommend starting with the “Start Here” video: 👉 Start Here Video
