The shift to 1-hour classes in the Queen Warrior 3 Method is designed to provide a well-rounded and effective workout experience, but we understand that everyone has different preferences. While all classes are now 1 hour, you always have the flexibility to do just 30 minutes if that better fits your schedule or goals. If you're looking for workouts that focus on specific muscle groups, you can easily find them in the "Targeted Area" section of your QW app. This allows you to choose the workouts that best align with your fitness goals. Here’s how to access your replays:

Open your QW app

Scroll down to find the Latest Replay section under the Daily Schedule

Alternatively, tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of your screen to search by name or use the filter option for a more refined search.
