In the meantime, no need to worry. You haven't lost those workouts. They're still available inside your QW App and can be found by simply using the search feature to locate the specific workout type or program you're looking for. Also, all of Coach Fabi's new live workouts are designed to be beginner-friendly, with modifications and options available so Queens at different fitness levels can participate and succeed. 💪 Thank you for growing with us, Queen. Star Hampton  Great question, Queen! 💖 We definitely encourage Queens to join the live workouts whenever possible since that's where you'll get the full community energy and challenge experience. That said, we completely understand busy schedules! If you can't make a live class because of your daughters' track practice, you can complete the replay and it will still count toward your Summer Shred workouts. Just keep in mind that Summer Shred replays are only available for a limited time, so we recommend completing them as soon as you can. The goal is 3 workouts per week, whether live or replay, while staying as consistent as possible. You've got this, Queen! ☀️
