Hi Edna! Great questions! I touch on this in my videos discussing menopause and perimenopause. When you say what type of diet, do you mean in general or do you want to know the best type of diet for weight loss over 40?

For Whey protein, I always recommend Simple Truth...but they recently changed their formula and the taste is different...not horrible for me...but is is slightly sweeter which some dont like. If you live in an area with a Kroger, you will be able to find it. For vegan powder, I like Origain or Vega. There is another brand that is good, but I cant think of the name....If I remember Ill come back to this post.

These bottles are so corny to me...but it's so helpful for my ADHD brain! If I look at the bottle and see that I'm behind...I literally HAVE to catch up....lol. Anyway Queens...I hope to see you in on Nutrition class at 7pm this evening Queens!!
