Great coaching session tonight Queens! As promised, here are foods that help with they symptoms you might experience during menopause, perimenopause, or post-menopause.  Remember, lean protein (fish, chicken, tofu), healthy fats (omega-3, olive oil, avocados) complex carbs, fiber, and dark green veggies. Use anti-inflammatory spices like tumeric, garlic, cinnamon, paprika, etc as well. See you all next week!

Hi Queen! I LOVE to make my own cashew miso sauce. Its really easy and tastes so good on asian inspired bowls. The recipe is easy to find on google.

Bene Right! restrictive dieting is not the way!

Jessica Basurto So glad you found this helpful

Ada Nieves Hey Queen, for some belly fat is the hardest to lose! So dont feel bad. Drink plenty of water and make sure you are alternating your workouts between both cardio and strength training. As far a nutrition...make sure you are eating enough lean proteins: salmon chicken turkey etc. If its bloating I would try different fiber rich foods and see how the affect you..also broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic, brussel sprouts can cause bloating so watch how your body reacts after eating those foods. Eat probiotics like yogurts, kefir, ACV, or supplement for a healthier gut to keep bloating down.

Yes! Hope you can make it tonight!
