But that it is okay because for me it’s not even about that! It has been more of an emotional, & mental impact for me! I can honestly say when I miss a workout. My body knows something is missing!!

Hi Queens! Completed the replay!! It took everything out of me to do it because multiple errands got in the way! I put myself first!! I’m glad I did. It Change my mental & emotional state today! It has been a ruff since last week! Ugh!! 😩
