Hi everyone! My name is Jai! Started with QW years ago when she first started, left to personnal reasons and I am back again! This time there is no stopping me now! So excited to have returned!!

So I fell off track for a few weeks because I was focusing on other stuff. Today I took it upon myself to put me first and tell everyone to hold off I need me time. 40 minutes later I completed my workout!

To make it that much better, my BF said “babe, go do your workout! No one will bothwr you! 🥰🥰”

We have to re start somewhere! No matter what keep going! 🥰🥰🥰
