So, I did this workout on Monday after seeing Yvona's video on the Barre challenge. I didn't have time to to get an hour in because of an appointment I had but I'm definitely feeling it in my triceps. πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚ It hurts so good!
I'm definitely getting my hour in tomorrow and Friday! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Keep going! I've learned consistency is key. Sometimes it may take awhile for your body to get use to the new routine. May be check your diet too and see if you may need to make changes. My diet was a huge key factor and I'm still working on it. Also water intake. I don't know if you have access to the nutrition videos but check them out they have been very helpful.
