Yes! I've started doing more of the replays. I really enjoy Barre. Even if I struggle through it, I feel so good at the end.

Let your body rest when it needs to. It can be hard to do but sometimes we need it. It will pass. At times like this I try to focus on what I am putting into my body to help keep me on track.

I normally eat it as a meal. I guess you could eat it as a snack

It's one of the recipes that I got from Queen Warriors. Chick peas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, capers, kalamata olives, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.

Made myself a Chick pea salad and it's so good! I don't really post much but I am working to hold myself accountable and eat better to really see the results I want. I am finally being consistent working out so now it's time to eat right as well. Eating right is harder for me than consistently working out, but no more excuses! I want this and I'm willing to do what must be done to get it. Keep up the great work ladies!πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ
