Hey Queens am proud of me never been consistent when it came to working out. I've been going consistent for 2 week and am on week 3. Ive been doing my 10min abs and 10min booty. Every day for 2 weeks now week 3 am pushing myself doing by 10min abs and 10min booty in the AM and jumping on one live a day to push myself. I am a full time mom with two kids who have special needs, currently work full time and am in graduate school doing a free internship while taking classes. GOD IS GOOD. This program allowing to choose me first and see all the strength I have excited for more and to see the results LETS GO QUEENS.
