Yes queen! Upper body is something I've always dread doing but I plan on implementing upper body at least 3x a week, after I finish Fit & Thick. Keep going girl, you've got this.

Putting in work πŸ’ͺ🏽 I redid week 1 day 1 of the Express Fit & Thick!
I haven't done a workout since the end of the last challenge. Between traveling and getting my boys ready to cmgo back to school I fell way back, but it's back to business! Loving and taking care of myself! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ’–

This looks good. I've been slacking too since the end of the summer challenge. I think my body just needed the rest after doing both challenges back to back.

I'll definitely be jumping back in soon. I worked too hard building my discipline up to workout, but I recognize my body needs rest too.
