12/04/23 full hour power lower body with Sammi
1/25/24 booty blaster lower body with Yvona and Chasity
7/23/24 power lower body with Chasity

The sweat was DRIPPING.. lord help me.. love it and hate it at the same time ๐Ÿ˜‚

Morning Queen! Theyโ€™re taken before you workout. I workout in the morning so I take it right before. Make sure you drink alot of water!

Thank you! The workouts are a stress reliever and itโ€™s become such a habit I feel off when I donโ€™t work out.

Happy Hump Day ladies! Day 2 of my period and I had no motivation for cardio.. so I focused on upper body and baybeeeee!!! These arms are noodles ๐Ÿ

Good morning ladies! Woke up today to my period two days early but that didnโ€™t stop me! I hate to be bouncing and jumping all around so I opted for workouts that focus on strength.

11/20/23 full hour power full body with Sammi

All workouts are added to my favorites and burned these buns.. added in a 3.54 mile walk for cardio.
