What picture did it take for you to say to yourself? βI gotta do something different β looking at yourself and saying β man I fell offβ. This was mine. I mean you canβt keep doing the same things and expect a different result- so I did something about it. β₯οΈ last week I celebrated my 48th bday in Vegas - at a work conference. But nonetheless I felt fit and cute. β₯οΈ
back at it choosing to GO even when I dont want too!!
Lately I donβt check the scale, I just go straight to work! πͺπ½ Iβm finally wearing the confidence!
I am grateful for the amazing women who have shown us the routine and discipline for the body we set goals for in Queen Warriors π©·π Each Coach is different and brings so much radiance in their own way.
