Heyy fellow Queen Warriors 😁💪🏽. I wanted to clarify what I said in the chat in last night's workout when I said I needed friends (for anyone who actually remembers 😅). I meant to say I need some woman friends in my life. The 2 closest people to me right now are my cousin and the person I'm dating, and they're both dudes 😏😅. So I'd love to make more women friends at some point as well 😁. I feel like it's hard to make friends because I'm introverted. I can keep a friend once I have one, but making one is a whole different story 😩😅

Here's to hoping I can make some friends within this community because y'all are awesome 😁

My favorite part, besides the music & affirmations, is the fact that I'm sweating and feeling the burn in the areas that I worked on that night. I've been working out for months before I found this community and not once have I felt sore the next day or sweat like this! I feel I was doing it all wrong 😭😅. Hey, at least I gained some endurance before finding queen warriors because I think it helped me build strength. I started out with 12bs, and bout time I found this community I was able to use my 20lb dumbbells for the workouts! So I'll look at it that way, lol.

I also love these live videos that Fabiana does (especially showing low variations of the exercises). It's so much better to me than just looking up YouTube videos & hoping you're doing it right. I'm grateful to get this kind of a workout from home because I don't have the luxury of going to a gym right now. I can't wait to start seeing the results from showing up for every workout! This is only week 2 so I'm being patient 😅. I hope by my birthday in August, I'll be able to notice at least a little change🤞🏽

Also, the community itself is AWESOME! 🫶🏽
