Hey girls I started again after letting go for numerous reasons. laziness hand surgery n other minor hiccups.

this is my makeover from Sept 24th till today Nov 30th from 165.8 to 151.2 pounds . I did gwed super good. I am so proud of me and for joining the best platform @queenwarriorstv for believing in me and for the love n care all my Queens showed towards all of us. I'm getting sexy back .

Could we bring back the AHW challenge? And can we bring back core classes too? Instead of full body all week round maybe one day booty blaster where booty solely is addressed for the hour, next day upper body and core, next day legs (quads, booty, hammies), next day upper body and core and Friday can be the only full body days and be called full body fridays. This workout format is repetitive and it’s like the same thing over and over again, it’s not appealing and I know I’ve said it before but we used to get so much more variety in the workouts years prior compared to now.

Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving! Just finished my workout, feeling great after the holiday!

Maybe this up coming year we could do some more stretching classes?! My lower back has been killing me for years now and I’ve done all the stretch classes plenty of times. Maybe time for something new!!

I also work night shift, so maybe some more AM classes!?! Thanks. Have a blessed weekend Queens 👑

Hello. I'm a new QW and I'm having difficulty navigating the app. I see the intermediate classes but none for beginners. Where in the app are the videos for beginners located? Also, where in the app do I go to learn about and attend a live class?

Today, we celebrate you your strength, your dedication, your resilience, and the love you bring to this community every single day. We are deeply grateful for each Queen who shows up, lifts others up, and embodies the spirit of a true Queen Warrior.

As we honor this holiday, today and tomorrow we’ll be taking time to rest and celebrate with our families. Because of this, there will be no live classes during these two days. We hope you’re able to embrace this time as well to breathe, recharge, and enjoy moments filled with warmth and connection.

We’ll be back on Monday, refreshed and ready to rock that mat together as always.

Tuesday class completed with coach Jamila and the queens!!!💪🏽 thanks ladies for always making showing up even when I don’t want to such a fun and uplifting experience!! I’m noticing a switch in the community. It seems that the program is being set to be more geared to women over the age of 30, 35 and up. No hiit workouts anymore and the summits that have been posted are about helping women balance changed in their bodies after their 30s which makes me wonder if I’m too young to be here. I’m not in my 30s yet and from what I’m seeing the community seems more like its providing helpful advice to women older than me but nothing for women in my age bracket or younger who also workout from home. I’m just basing this off the app and Fabi’s posts since Delilah got mad that I mentioned she had a bbl and blocked me on the qw instagram page so I don’t see what goes on there anymore. But I’m just wondering if this is still a good fit for the younger women who still want to get a workout in and be educated and provided helpful advice for our bodies or is this more for women for are older approaching middle age?
