Day 4 done in the books let work ladies
Can someone tell me what Raven means when she say my round 1s or round 2s? Itβs just the one workout a day right? Or am I missing something please help me out wanna make sure Iβm getting it in the right way.
Day 3 complete and my legs feel that good hurt! && here is the recipe I used for the protein balls for those asking. I added mini m&ms to half the batch cuz why not!

Tried my hand at meal prep and I must say it went well. 4 plates with air fire salmon and 4 plates with baked chicken. Sides are quinoa or brown rice and geeen beans. Love going into the kitchen for dinner and the meal is already made!
