My eating is something I want to focus more on this month... feel like I have a routine in place with working out and just need to get stronger with my food intake...pray for me ladies... I want to conquer myself 🙏🫶 I need to better understand how many calories, carbs and protein I should be doing on the daily...any advice... is there an app or is it just simple math....thank you in advance.
