Hello good morning ladies Iβm trying to get some sort of confirmation as far as some emails Iβve received - I wanted to confirm that the emails Iβm being sent are legit because I have not heard from Fab in regards to this and obviously I donβt want to be scammed π€§ I received an email stating I won the 1k cash giveaway but I canβt find anything about the actual giveawayβ¦.? And theyβre saying theyβre only able to deposit directly into my bank account??? Please help
Fell a little behind on the workouts and have a late night at work tomorrow so put the alarm so I can catch up a bit in the morning. I'm not a morning person but I'm committed to this challenge. I did great with food this weekend so that's a win. Hubby took me out to eat and I made smart choices and it was still yummy.

Happy Monday Ladies!! Iβm starting my day off with Water, Vitamins, a protein shake, cuties & oatmeal. I just got braces last week so having to switch up my breakfast to ensure Iβm not losing weight, rather keeping it on and building muscle!
