Hello good morning ladies I’m trying to get some sort of confirmation as far as some emails I’ve received - I wanted to confirm that the emails I’m being sent are legit because I have not heard from Fab in regards to this and obviously I don’t want to be scammed 🀧 I received an email stating I won the 1k cash giveaway but I can’t find anything about the actual giveaway….? And they’re saying they’re only able to deposit directly into my bank account??? Please help

Fell a little behind on the workouts and have a late night at work tomorrow so put the alarm so I can catch up a bit in the morning. I'm not a morning person but I'm committed to this challenge. I did great with food this weekend so that's a win. Hubby took me out to eat and I made smart choices and it was still yummy.

Happy Monday Ladies!! I’m starting my day off with Water, Vitamins, a protein shake, cuties & oatmeal. I just got braces last week so having to switch up my breakfast to ensure I’m not losing weight, rather keeping it on and building muscle!
