And I feel you on the weight scale changes at the doctor's office right now and just got on the scale and I went up 2 pounds from 3 wks ago. But like Fabi said, focus on those non-scale victories. I have definitely noticed my clothes fitting better and And me looking better in them.

I know I am quick to gain muscle so I have to be mindful not to just pay attention to the numbers on the scale. So I'm encouraging you to do the same thing. Keep doing what you're doing, keep being persistent. Peace, blessings and love Queen 🙏🏾💪🏾❤️

Trying to decide which juice to start my day off with this morning 😁 Got my brand new juicer for Christmas thanks to hubby and I have been enjoying coming up with multiple different recipes. I think I'm up to six now and I love to start.my day and "break fast" with them. Juice then workout then protein packed breakfast. Have a blessed and a beautiful Saturday. Queens!

are you kidding me? I was sitting at work about to cry lol. I mean, we don’t even get a two week notice or nothing. My favorite coach is leaving Queen Warriors…..say it ain’t so.😭😭🤯🤯😱
