Woke up feeling a little down, then started to look at my progress pictures and I was like wtf I look good! I feel good! I’m going to continue to take tons of selfies because I feel good, I’ve worked hard to go from being a super skinny woman to lean and strong at 44 and to be mentally strong!

I feel better than ever. Keep taking those selfies!! Keep working out! It’s been a journey that I’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy 😊 πŸ‘‘
