After sitting on this, praying on it, and trying to make sense of every single excuse why NOT To sign up for the Pilates teachers training program I decided to go for it! I’ve been wanting to do this for the last year in half, but the negative thoughts always won. I decided to go for it and the best part I don’t even feel scared! I’m excited and know in my gut this is the right decision. 🙌🏽👸🏻

I’m trying to make a decision, but ofcourse fear and all of these crazy thoughts always creep in. Does anyone have some type of decision strategy step sheet I could use? Something that’s helped you weigh the pros and cons🕵🏻♀️
So after watching the nutritionist class on creatine, I started to observe what I might be doing wrong. I’m going to give creatine one more chance and lower the dosage. I drink plenty of fluids, never ever skip on carbs because like coach Yvonne would always say “carbs are fuil” so I think I might of been taking too much and will try a smaller dosage 🙂🦩
While I’m getting ready for work I’m watching the Pilates replay. I am so looking forward to this workout tonight! I love that we’re in out Pilate queens era 🦩
So a month ago I started to use creatine and I’ve noticed I’m tired all the time now. I’m someone with natural energy, and now I’m just tired. Has anyone who’s taken creatine experienced this? I’m drinking lots of fluids. So far I don’t like it and I’m going to give it up. It’s just not for me 😖
