Hi ladies

Does anyone take creatine? If so, What’s your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. 😕lately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, I’m not looking to bulk up. I’ve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said I’ve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.

Happy thanksgiving Queens 👸🏻!!

Just wanted to pop on here to share my gratitude for this community! This program has been a blessing for me mentally and physically.
Grateful for my healthy 43 year old body with a strong core because like coach Yvonne says “a strong core equals a strong back” 🙌🏽 I have never felt better.
