Hey Queens! Super new to the community. Currently on Wk 1 D 4 of LYC. I see there are 5 days per week so was curious to know, are people doing the weeks back to back, taking a 2 day break or doing the days with some rest days in between?
Once the lyc is over will we continue to access to the workouts or are they being removed Fabiana Ferrarini ? So we can continue to do them?

Today I tried something different I came to the gym in the yoga studio and it was just me in there and I did the amazing class with one of my fav Yvona Gonzalez the Barre class was 🔥 I was away from my home no distractions it was so peaceful I definitely have to do this again I challenge you Queens to do something different something out of the ordinary daily routine💕🫶🏾
