Hello,
I’m new to the challenge, well actually to the whole program. I’m confused. I signed up to the challenge but I don’t have any information to the challenge. How does it work, what do I have to do, what kind of pictures do we do, how do we keep track of everything? All these questions and I can’t find any answers on the app either. They told me I was suppose to receive an email but I didn’t. They told me to write to the help desk to get an email explaining but the help desk wrote back that I have to look for it in the app. Completely lost and confused. Can someone please help me.

This was my belly blast results. Being a new mom of and 13 month old I was already hitting the depression of my pp journey and I snapped out and Fabi came out with this program.
I just wanna thank this community and all the ladies on here that did this challenge or any of the challenges on here. I will be doing the spring one starting Monday! Because I missed it.

Feeling tired today. Didn’t really get good rest last night, but I’m pushing myself to be here for Ravens class. So far I’ve completed 4 workout outs last week and today will be the 5th. Trying my hardest to remain consistent to reach my goal and continue to remain consistent.
I️ haven’t had breakfast yet, so I️ can’t wait to eat after this workout. What are y’all planning on having?
