Hi Queen, 

I understand exactly what you are saying and going through and like Emely said, you're not alone! I wanted to also suggest actually carving out time on your calendar as your "break" and get that work out in. Even if you can't do the full hour, still block it and do what you can.

You got this Queen! 

I don't think the full workout is shown on IG. I think its just like advertising what QW workouts look like.

I've never taken a QW class with the weighted ball or stretching cords. I would love to though. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the response Queen, I appreciate it. I'm actually referring to the descriptions given under each class. For example, Aimee's power class week says "core crusher - upper/core, lower/core and abs" and then it tells us the equipment needed. Since we're starting a new week I was kinda preparing myself lol, and thought the info would be there.

Can you tell me when the descriptions for the new week of classes is provided (e.g. equipment needed)? I just looked at the upcoming week and I didn't see a full description for the classes except that each class will be a full body calss. Is that correct for this week?

Fabiana a new program sounds awesome! I'm not sure if you're actually looking for recommendations but just in case 😊, what about a dedicated 4-week strength split program specifically for women 40+ (or those experiencing perimenopause/menopause) who want to burn fat, sculpt the waist, and feel strong - but need something joint-friendly low-impact and hormone aware. Based on a recent group post and the comments, I think this would be really helpful/powerful.
