Happy Tuesday! How can we incorporate progressive overload into our workouts? Should we just increase our weights each week? This should be part of our goal for fat loss, correct?

QW Customer Service  thank you for the update. Also, I check my spam when I see new information come in via the FB group or this community and nope, the emails aren't going there. Its very weird.

18KLei Thanks. I'm not sure why I'm not getting these emails. I see the 2 new programs now too.

I don’t think I’m getting all of the QW emails. Are all of the new programs launching this week? And will they be stored in the On-demand section of the app/site?

Frances serrano I'm not sure if you've found the info but just in case, everything has been pinned here and the videos are loaded in the app. I hope that helps.
