I've never taken a QW class with the weighted ball or stretching cords. I would love to though. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the response Queen, I appreciate it. I'm actually referring to the descriptions given under each class. For example, Aimee's power class week says "core crusher - upper/core, lower/core and abs" and then it tells us the equipment needed. Since we're starting a new week I was kinda preparing myself lol, and thought the info would be there.

Can you tell me when the descriptions for the new week of classes is provided (e.g. equipment needed)? I just looked at the upcoming week and I didn't see a full description for the classes except that each class will be a full body calss. Is that correct for this week?

Fabiana a new program sounds awesome! I'm not sure if you're actually looking for recommendations but just in case 😊, what about a dedicated 4-week strength split program specifically for women 40+ (or those experiencing perimenopause/menopause) who want to burn fat, sculpt the waist, and feel strong - but need something joint-friendly low-impact and hormone aware. Based on a recent group post and the comments, I think this would be really helpful/powerful.

The QW program is already 🔥but this program could offer plyometric swaps (e.g. weighted walkouts instead of burpees), built-in modifications for certain joints, mobility/stretch days to help recovery and reduce cortisol, waist + glutes focus using slower tempo, controlled movements.

Fabiana thanks so much, I appreciate the feedback! I loved your class yesterday and if the new live streams are set up for this type of discipline, I'll go with it. I read the description for tonights power hour and I can't wait. Lets get snatched 😁💪!

Hey Queens! I do some of the weekly workouts but I'm looking to start a more disciplined progam and would love you and/or any of the coaches recommendations/expertise. 

I did some research on my own and found that I should consider - circuit-based training (minimal rest between sets) with plyometrics (explosive moves) like jump squats, burpees, Bulgarian split squats and compound movements (multi-muscle exercises).

So I'm trying to put this together on my own with individual workouts or do one of the programs that 1. is tailored for fat loss + sculpting (not just cardio burn), 2. maybe pushes to increase weights or intensity (because I've read that progressive overload is where its at lol), and 3. is focused on waist, glutes, thighs.

 I'm considering Sammi's Strength Unleashed. Have any of you Queens completed it? Did it help you see any results in the four weeks? I'm also watching my calories/macros and my water in take. OR does anyone have recommendations? TIA Queens!

Are you saying you don't know how to use the app? If yes, then to answer your question, the workouts can be found under 'Catalog'. There is a "start here" video or you can simply browse the page and workouts. I hope that helps. Good luck Queen!
