I did a search for Barre today and only about 9 classes came up 😲. I also noticed most of the on demand programs like express Fit & Thick.

I just did a search for Yvona and almost all of her Barre workouts are gone. I was hoping to always have the option to go back to those workouts. 😔

I hope BARRE and most of Yvona and Raven's classes stay because they are really good. There have been so many great things said about how good Barre is.

Summer Shred Day 1 Feedback:

I really enjoyed the first Summer Shred workout. The 45-minute format felt efficient, the pacing kept me engaged, and I appreciated that the focus stayed on the workout itself. As someone whose goals are weight loss and body recomposition, I loved the mix of strength and cardio because it felt like I was building muscle while also keeping my heart rate up.

Going forward, I'd love to see the workouts continue to include a balance of upper-body, lower-body, and core work along with cardio intervals, with enough variety and progression overload from week to week to keep challenging us throughout the challenge. I also hope the workouts continue to feature a variety of great music. A great playlist is EVERYTHING 😄. I'm excited to see how the program and our bodies 😉develop over the next several weeks. 💪
