What's the old style?

Cyd This may seem like a crazy question but what if we want to do all three - lose fat, build muscle, and tone & sculpt. Is there a recommendation for which workouts we should choose and/or how we should go about scheduling our weeks?

It looks like all of the sections have been removed since they added fitness levels and targeted areas. Maybe ask the coaches or Delilah in the FB group.
