Happy Tuesday! How can we incorporate progressive overload into our workouts? Should we just increase our weights each week? This should be part of our goal for fat loss, correct?

I don’t think I’m getting all of the QW emails. Are all of the new programs launching this week? And will they be stored in the On-demand section of the app/site?
