Hi Community,

I have really not been taking time to do the things I NEED to do for my personal growth. I NEED to move everyday, but instead I work from home, sitting in front of a desk, go to school in front of the same desk, and run my mommy errands sitting down. What is worse, I want to move but my body aches, physically aches from all the sitting I do. The only time I Stand is when I cook or clean. I need help. I am not disciplined enough to chunk time out to workout. This is my confession . I am hoping that if I voice this I will become more accountable for my actions. I want to chunk out time and workout. Most of all, I want to be consistent.

God, please give me the discipline to stay consistent. My body needs it. 🙏
