Week #2 starts today for me and the goal is simple… do a little more than I did last week 💪🏾

Last week I got in:✔️ 2 stretch workouts✔️ 1 beginner workout

This week, I’m keeping my 2 stretch days (because whew… ya girl is TIGHT 😅) and adding one more beginner workout. Slow, steady, and consistent—that’s the mission.

Now I’m thinking about adding a waist trainer for 1–2 hours during the day just to ease into it.

👀 What’s y’all take on waist trainers?Do they actually help or just temporary shape?Any safe brands or tips for beginners?

Goodevening everyone, well i just did something Crazy i spent my last few pennies on investing in myself tonight by signing up for the 6Week challenge. Im scared ill fail. Ugh here we go. I want to change for the better.

Today went to the gym, did my first Pilates and now did a full body stretch. Feeling good this Saturday 🙏🏽
