Just finish Raven workout! It felt good to be back to the norms, but I was dying every second! I woke up with a sore throat and some coughing!!! Ugh, if it ainβt one thing is another π©#Life
Iβm finally back from vacation. First day home,right off the plane, ER visit. During my vacation my left elbow was hurting me bad, and the area of my elbow was swollen. Once I landed I went to the ER, and I was told I had tennis elbow! π ugh! But thatβs not stopping me from working out, tmrw I be back with Raven lower body workout!! Missed you queens!!! πͺπΌ

Hey Queens,
I havenβt been able to catch live workouts due to schedule but when I come home Iβve been doing kettlebell works with Raven. And literally every one her motivational talks in between sets is right on point, which is crazy because some of these workouts were months ago. Iβve only been here a month but the support that everyone shows each other motivates me to keep going even with the kids pulling at my leg during workouts π€£
