Good Morning Ladies,

I have a question, so when I’m doing in and outs (the core exercise) my lower back muscles are killing me. I’m just wondering am I doing them wrong? I try to keep my core engaged and keeping my chest open but it still hurts. I’m open to any suggestions or advice. Thank You ❤️

Yesterday’s upper body workout with Raven for the LYSC was everything that I needed and more. I felt all the back fat and bat wings melt off. My abs are still burning this morning. It was so good I added to my favorites. So excited for what’s to come. ❤️
