Hey Queens so Iβve been paying close attention to what I eat Iβve been pretty good but I have my days one thing I need is a Coffee before I start my day so Iβve cut my coffee down to one cup however I have to have creamer is this a good swap for regular creamer or is there something better out there I should try β¦β¦..

I am so excited about this challenge! Last night after signing up, I decided to pull out my measurements to see how far I've come over the last year!
I was shocked to learn that I've lost 3 inches off my waist and I am down 11.8 pounds! ππ½ππ½ππ½ I am so glad that I've been tracking my progress. None of my other measures changed much but I feel the difference in my body
This has me even more motivated to put this work in for the challenge. I'll be 40 in August and I know I might not be exactly where I want to be by then but, I definitely will be a lot closer to my goal!
I didn't write my measurements in the After boxes yet because I know I'll make more progress. πππ½πͺπ½
I think it would be so cool if one day Queen warriors could put together a convention or a woman's retreat kinda event. Something where you purchase a ticket to come to the event. We have different ladies as special guest speakers come talk to us. Some of the ladies who have lost weight get to go up & share their stories. We could have a few workout classes that we could participate in, like as a giant group. There's food, we could have a big dinner and a chance to meet Fabi & some of the other trainers & coaches. Games & prizes.... just the whole nine yards... that would be so cool!
