Joannie Cruz I am also lactose intolerant but this has also been great for me. I also get their probiotics and digestive enzymes.

This morning I woke up so stiff and could barely put my socks on. I did Raven’s 10 days of stretch and then was able to get through my day. I am grateful that God grants me the ability to move my body.
