Happy 4th. I’ve been catching up on the Summer Shred but I’m in Texas at an Airbnb so I did Fabi’s HITT workout from 5/6/26. I took an MRI of my shoulder. It showed I have a torn rotator cuff, tendinitis and an extra piece of bone that curves that cause an impingement on my right side. The plan is to rehab it and hopefully I won’t need surgery. My PT said just my limit is to stop when it hurts.

Summer Shred, here we come! 💪🏼☀️

Day 1 completed yesterday. I came home after a double shift, started making dinner while starting my workout in the kitchen in my pajama pants and sports bra. My oldest comes in finding me on the mat on the floor in the kitchen asking, “what’s for dinner?, stops and says why are you on the floor?” I’m like “uhh, working out and making dinner.” Five minutes later my youngest walks in and says the same thing but then kicks me out and said, “go to the living room, I got dinner.” I love tribe!

This morning I woke up so stiff and could barely put my socks on. I did Raven’s 10 days of stretch and then was able to get through my day. I am grateful that God grants me the ability to move my body.

Hey Queens 💜

I’m really proud of my progress—my body is changing, getting stronger, and more defined. I still have areas I’m working on, but I’m learning to honor how far I’ve come instead of rushing the process.

Hey Queens,

I’m checking in. I found out Friday that I have Covid. I knew something was wrong when I was trying to do Fabi’s replay from Wednesday. I was doing the weighted hip thrust and felt so weak. I can’t go back to work until I test negative.

I woke up wanting to workout so bad. Maybe I’ll just do Coach Raven’s 10 Days of Stretch. I’ve been drinking tea with fresh ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper, and honey. And I made this delicious curry lentil soup.
