My birthday was on Thursday and even though I am blessed to see another year (my home burned down), my insecurities keep eating at my brain about how I look in my Birthday photos and videos. I am trying to learn to love myself and my body in every phase as I restart this health journey, regardless of if I am at my goal or not.
I guess what I am trying to ask is how do you all remind yourself to enjoy the journey and love your body even when itβs not your cup of tea at the moment?
I think I get frustrated in the fitness process and give up on my journey too often. I want to change that this year.
