Hey Queens! I tried this workout on Friday and could not complete it. I saved it to my favorites because I was determined to complete this workout. I got up this morning put this replay on and I did it. I completed it. Chasity had me walking around like Debo all day. Those arms and shoulders was right πŸ’ͺ

Good morning ladies, been busy with work. But I be back to my routine today. But in the mean time, my coworker introduced me too this combo, gonna say is pretty good in protein for a snack. So excited for the LYC!!! Can’t wait. I need to be strict again. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Good morning yall!
My birthday was on Thursday and even though I am blessed to see another year (my home burned down), my insecurities keep eating at my brain about how I look in my Birthday photos and videos. I am trying to learn to love myself and my body in every phase as I restart this health journey, regardless of if I am at my goal or not.

I guess what I am trying to ask is how do you all remind yourself to enjoy the journey and love your body even when it’s not your cup of tea at the moment?

I think I get frustrated in the fitness process and give up on my journey too often. I want to change that this year.

Day 4 working out & man do I feel so good. Sore YES! But I feel good. I thank god after my work out today because I’m am grateful to be able to still move my body and want more for myself is a plus and with the grace of the lord I will get thru my journey!!!! So, I have been a part of QW for months, but haven’t gotten started. joined the challenge to tone my body, lift my booty, and lose some weight (20 lbs). I love my body and I want it healthy.
