I joined in August 2025 with the hope that the lives would keep me accountable, like an appointment I had to keep. It kinda worked, but it became too easy to blow them off being tired after work. I got discouraged. Then in late January I decided to try something different. I committed to being a replay queen but in the mornings after my coffee & the Word before work. Wow! I thought that would be harder but it became my sweet spot. Morning replays are now nonnegotiable. I just completed my 8th week of 4 workouts a week.
I share this to say 1. Thank you for this program, but 2. Find what works for you. Maybe it’s the lives or maybe it’s replays. Maybe it’s the one hour or maybe it’s the 30 minute workouts. Find whatever will get you consistent.
I see the physical results but more importantly I feel the mental results which is why I work out in the first place.
