Ouch but feel so grateful and STRONG, these shoulders and arms are giving sexy af vibes! I'm off to show them off at my concert tonight.

Hi. I’m new to the channel, and I just completed my first workout today! 🎉 I plan to keep going, as I’m sure my stamina and movement will improve. However, I had knee surgery a year ago and while I still have use of my knee, my doctor has suggested I not do too many weight bearing workouts on my knees.
Do you have any recommendations or modifications for this as it relates to the videos? Will I still see results if I modify? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Super excited to be in this community and see my body change!!!! Thank you:) 😊
