Omg ladies! I went from not being able to do even beginner lunges to doing beginner lunges without holding on to anything! I mean for many it’s probably nothing but to me it’s amazing! It’s progress!!!!! I also went from I need to work out mentality to I want to work out! It’s becoming part of who I am and am happy for that! Proud of me! Yay me!

Good evening, everyone.

Came back to rejoin QW and pick up where I left off only to find many of the workouts I had saved in my favorites are now gone. I'll admit that I like the new layout and being able to save the workouts onto the calendar for my workout days so kudos for that!  Just wondering if we are going to include beginner or modified yoga classes?   Anyhow, I'm so glad to be back!

Every day I get up work out if it’s going to the gym or doing a replay video. I’ve been tempted to do the 48 hour fast my friend did because she dropped the weight so fast. But I feel that’s not obtainable for me. To keep it up. Has anyone ever tried it. I’m also only weighing myself 3 times a month and not around my cycle time. I fall short sometimes my daily goal is 1000 calories to burn and last 4 days I’ve been sad only hitting 700. I started classes again my kids son is autistic my girls fight and yesterday I took me time out and I feel proud of this it’s motivating me to do the same thing today. Just want to say yall got this and be kind to yourselves I find in my own worst critic

Been a while since I last posted here but I'm still reaching my goals. I tried Coach Chasity's lower body HIIT with ankle weights 🔥🔥🙃💪🏾 I love them. Yall pray for me. Back in the office 5 days a week for 3 weeks to wrap up a project 😭😭

Hello ladies,
Just finish doing Aimee HIIT and Power workout from 9/12/24, felt good, but the workout kick my 🍑. My hater(menstrual) is creeping up and I feel very tired. But I don’t let her get in my way. Not gonna lie, i been eating things here and there, that I been craving. Not much, just small things. Ugh, about to walk for an hour before work. You ladies enjoy the weekend and be safe. 🫶🏻
