I enjoy Pilates. I’ve done it a few time on here. It helps each area you just mentioned.

1 to start and hopefully can manage more. Learning to balance work and home and myself hasn’t been easy. However, I am making progress with my health. 1 day at a time saying yes to myself.

Just did my 1st Pilates class today. I’m struggling with the breathing part. Any suggestions, on videos to watch?

I loved it! It’s my 2nd time using the app🤦🏽‍♀️ ima get use of it more now. Mindset has shifted!

Hey everyone I am working on my health again🤷🏽‍♀️Ive falling off bad and need to get back on track. Found out I have a chronic issue with digestion. So I MUST workout. I have the meal plan but I may need to speak with a nutritionist, do we have that here? Well I’m starting back up today. Cheers to continuing to getting back up 🏋🏾‍♀️ and down with the weight 💝
