Hey everyone I am working on my health again🤷🏽‍♀️Ive falling off bad and need to get back on track. Found out I have a chronic issue with digestion. So I MUST workout. I have the meal plan but I may need to speak with a nutritionist, do we have that here? Well I’m starting back up today. Cheers to continuing to getting back up 🏋🏾‍♀️ and down with the weight 💝
