Hey everyone I am working on my health againπ€·π½ββοΈIve falling off bad and need to get back on track. Found out I have a chronic issue with digestion. So I MUST workout. I have the meal plan but I may need to speak with a nutritionist, do we have that here? Well Iβm starting back up today. Cheers to continuing to getting back up ππΎββοΈ and down with the weight π
What a Monday, very productive. Woke up and did Ray βπΌ live workouts, then I went outside and did my steps(πππ I forgot my sunblock, my skin was not too happy)ate my first meal and went food shopping(trader joe's,!whole foods, Acme),came home and meal prep. Ended my night doing Fabi βπΌ 30min workouts. I am so beat. Goodnight queens π«Άπ»

Any recommendations on breakfast to get in veggies? I normally eat eggs and turkey sausage
So I'm going back to work tmrw. Been on mat leave 8 months. I've been subscribed for a month and already find it difficult to stick to a routine. Baby is teething and sleep regression. Hoping going back to work will help get a routine. Just need some motivation. Ugh my husband keeps asking what happened to the girl he first met. I feel defeated. I need some inspiration.
