Hola I was a member for two years from 2023-2025 but do to finances I stepped away. I rejoined Saturday and did my first workout today. I've missed this community 💜 ❤️

I got a few but they are sauna types and I love them. Got them on Amazon 2 for 10 bucks.

Yes this one is wonderful! I started doing yoga June 19th and I am loving it. I am glad Aimee brought yoga to the Queen Warrior app. I hope it continues! Namaste! 🧘‍♀️

Second challenge the first one i quit after a week and that was an 8 week challenge. Im looking forward to this. On vacation next week so ill definitely get my pics in next week.

I feel ya! Last Monday I had so much energy when I workout then the rest of the week just dropped drastically. I didn’t start my period until Friday but I pushed through. Once you start it’s motivating and you feel like a total bad a$$! Just don’t over exert yourself and do what you can. ❤️
