I did one from Jamila that was half an hour full body during lunch. I loved it. But I do enjoy longer ones where I don't feel rushed. Just rn at work I have to workout during lunch and I wfh. The mornings are hard and after work I am tired and ready for dinner lol. Once they deny us overtime I'll go back to after work workouts since I won't work that extra hour

I just joined this today. I need some motivation. I let myself go soooo much. Today is day one of me eating right. It's been about two weeks since I last worked out and my eating habits have been awful. I did pretty good so far. If it's only 421 pm here the evening is early
