Good evening. Those who use Roku. Does anyone get a glitch on Roku when using the app on ther? I checked to see if there was an update for QW but it was up to date. Each workout shuts off midpoint then I have to go back to it and finish where it left off.

Second challenge the first one i quit after a week and that was an 8 week challenge. Im looking forward to this. On vacation next week so ill definitely get my pics in next week.

Took Ravens class today. I know they placed the levels but I didn’t look and once she said in the beginning advanced class. I said to myself “I’m here just do it” I’ve been doing intermediate classes. I’ll say this class pushed me to another level. I’ve been on this for platform since 6/1/23 and I have seen a difference in my body and also my strength.
