Injured ~~~ but still going to try and make up these LYC days!!
I injured my left toe and left foot while doing home renovations. A hammer landed on my left big toe yesterday burst the blood vessels. Whole toe has swelling, discolored and throbbing overnight. I did put an ice pack and I have been keeping elevated and just limping through the house. like this can’t be my real life rn, but it is! 🫠
I’m not trying to make any excuses of why I’m not doing LYC fall challenge or the live this morning but your girl is injured bad! I am going to try to modify as best as I can and not put all my weight on my left foot, but I am in pain and it’s the wrong time for all this. 😭Any suggestion with keeping my gains and making progress still while injured would be much appreciated 🙏🏼thank you queens 💜
I was behind this week on my workouts so I did them all in a row: Thurs., Fri., and now today 💪🏽. I’m sore and tired but I made sure to get them in.
Just want to say first week was a struggle
For me . But at w3 I’m feeling amazing doing everything Raven Cruz has required from us and let me tell you I started at 143lbs and I’m at 139lbs my goals is 135lbs. Anyways just want to say you all got this QUEENS. Even if ur not seeing a change on the scale don’t let it discourage you ,you might have not lost lbs but check them inches I’m sure they are either dropping or gaining depending on ur goals. Love ya keep up the good work.

Week 3 Day ☝🏽for me. I’m still sick so I did a Power exercise today. I can barely breathe from my sinus issues so I didn’t want to pass out attempting a HIIT routine 😅
